She worked swiftly but carefully, and I appreciated that she checked in with me throughout the process to ensure I was comfortable. One thing I wish they could improve on is providing a more detailed aftercare guide for braids, as I’m not quite sure how to maintain them at home. Still, I walked out feeling fabulous and confident!
